1. Permitted Use & Free License

Graph Paper Printable is provided as a free utility. You are permitted to generate, download, print, and distribute physical copies of the generated graph paper PDFs for:

  • Personal projects: Sketching, journaling, crafting, bullet journaling, and home hobbies.
  • Academic & Educational use: Classroom teaching, student homework, lab notes, exams, and lecture handouts.

You do not need to seek permission or pay licensing fees to print and use physical copies of graph paper generated from this service.

2. Print Accuracy & Printer Settings Disclaimer

Our PDF generation engine creates mathematically exact vector geometry in standardized PDF user units (1 point = 1/72 inch). However, the physical scale of any printed document is ultimately governed by your device's printer driver and software print dialog settings.

To ensure exact physical dimensions, you must select "100%" or "Actual Size" in your PDF viewer print dialog, and disable "Fit to Page", "Shrink to Printable Area", or any automatic page scaling. Because printer paper feed mechanisms and environmental factors (such as paper humidity) can introduce minor mechanical variance, always verify printed grid intervals with a calibrated physical ruler before relying on them for critical engineering, medical, or manufacturing purposes.
